E-waste recycling events are opportunities for California residents and businesses to throw away an unlimited amount of e-waste completely free of charge. NBR finds and reserves central and well known locations (min 7,000 sq. ft.) to hold the events at throughout the state of California. Previous successful events have been held at a variety of locations, some examples include: High schools, city halls, sports arena parking lots, and churches. We notify the public of the disposal opportunity and what materials are accepted as well as what is going to happen to the material they ‘recycle’. On the day of the event we are on site to accept the e-waste at the advertised location. NBR comes with a team of employees, trucks, and packaging equipment for an efficient, fast, and clean collection. Participants that choose to make use of the collection effort are invited to stay in their car while NBR employees unload the designated equipment for them. Residents are asked for some basic information to confirm their California residency and, in return, they can leave an unlimited amount of electronic waste!
